Scientifically speaking, there is no difference that could make an impact on our health. Health Canada made the decision to not approve the artificial growth hormone rbST in 1999, over concerns for cow health and welfare, not for human health. We often hear from consumers they prefer to know that the artificial growth hormone is not allowed for use in Canada.
