Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada only. Shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.
Shipping Fee & Taxes
A $10 shipping fee applies for orders under $50.00, before coupon codes and applicable taxes. This fee is added at checkout.
Most orders are shipped via a courier service and a tracking number will be sent to you once shipped. If your order includes only decals or electrostatic clings, it will be mailed via Canada Post and no tracking number will be provided.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped and is added at checkout.
Delivery Time
Order preparation and delivery time is estimated at 7 business days.
A tracking number (if applicable) will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Note that orders containing only decals or electrostatic clings will be mailed via Canada Post and no tracking number will be provided.
Note that deliveries to P.O. boxes are shipped by Canada Post. No tracking number will be provided and delivery time may be longer.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info.clients@dfc-plc.ca with the order number, details of the product and the defect. We will send you the next steps to receive an exchange or a refund, pending the issue.
If required, upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
